PROOFING AND PROCESSING

Processing begins after all personalization details are received. A digital proof will be provided for approval before the final file is delivered or physical production begins.

Current processing time is 5–7 business days after proof approval. Delays in submitting details or approving the proof may delay completion.

• Fully custom designs created from scratch are not included.
• Licensed characters, protected logos, and trademarked images are not available.
• Colors may vary slightly between screens and printed products.
• Digital products are not eligible for returns.
• Personalized physical products are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or contain an error caused by Blue Opus Creations.
• Local-delivery eligibility is determined by the delivery address and order requirements at checkout.
