Turnaround & Delivery:
Standard turnaround is 3–5 Blue Opus business days after all required wording, contact details, logos, and design preferences are received. Blue Opus business days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday; Wednesdays and weekends are excluded.

The approved front-and-back design will be delivered as PNG, JPG, and print-ready PDF files. Additional revisions, major design changes, or changes requested after approval may require an additional fee and extend the turnaround time.
